Precautions
- Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing products to avoid accidental hepatotoxicity.
Indications
- Analgesic (Pain Relief): Effective for mild-to-moderate pain management, including headaches, migraines, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, and post-operative discomfort.
- Antipyretic (Fever Reduction): Rapidly reduces elevated body temperature and symptomatic fever associated with viral infections, colds, and influenza.
Key Benefits
- Maximum Single-Dose Power (1000 mg): Delivers an optimal clinical dose in a single convenient tablet for rapid, high-potency relief from moderate acute pain and high fever.
- Dual Action (Analgesic & Antipyretic): Simultaneously targets pain pathways via central prostaglandin inhibition and resets the body’s thermal center in the hypothalamus to lower fever.
- Superior Gastric Safety Profile: Unlike traditional NSAIDs (e.g., Ibuprofen, Diclofenac), TEMPRAMORPAN does not cause gastric ulceration, mucosal bleeding, or stomach upset—making it safe for GERD and peptic ulcer patients.
- Enhanced Patient Adherence: Eliminates the need to swallow two 500 mg tablets, providing a simplified single-tablet dosing regimen that improves overall patient compliance.
- Versatile Safety Across Diverse Patient Groups: Safe for patients with cardiovascular risks, controlled hypertension, or those taking anticoagulants where NSAIDs are strictly contraindicated.
