Dosage

• Adults & Children 12 Years & Older: 1 bottle (118 ml delivered dose) rectally as a single dose.
• Children (2 to 11 Years): ½ bottle (59 ml delivered dose) rectally as a single dose.

Administration

• Lie on left side with knees bent. Remove protective cap, gently insert lubricated nozzle into the rectum, and squeeze bottle until liquid is dispensed. Retain fluid until urge to evacuate is strong (usually 2 to 5 minutes).

Precautions

• For rectal use only.
• Do not use in patients with severe renal impairment, congestive heart failure, or active inflammatory bowel disease.
• Do not use in children under 2 years.
